Your Freetime Self Training

One of Terengganu blackbelt (previously an instructor in Kemaman) paid a visit to our Do-Jang and he came all the way from Bandar Muadzam Shah of Pahang. He felt he wants to get sweat so he just stopped by at the Do-Jang and started kicking & punching drills with the bag.

"I will come again with proper attire, with your permission for me to leave and keep my Do-Bok (taekwon-do uniform) here at this Do-Jang. It is great pleasure to return and feel again a training in a gym. I hope I'll be able to join the others during Adult Night Class sometime somehow."

• Shaharbuden is one of direct student to Master Najmi holding 3rd Dan MGTF Blackbelt and 1st Dan MTA/WTF.
  
• In the early years (1980's) he was assisting Master Najmi for Kuala Terengganu Do-Jang and a class at PERKAYA (Yayasan Terengganu Orphanage).
  
• Nickname: Sir Buden, was one of UUM fighter as well as coach for his college team.
• In 2004 he resumed training after years of pause (due to his profession) under Sabum Hj.Saiful till promoted to his current blackbelt rank.
